Mei Ling Yeow

Senior Vice President, APAC; Head of Strategy and Innovation; APAC Crisis Lead

Mei Ling is a senior regional leader with over 25 years’ experience advising organisations across diverse sectors that include financial services, technology, healthcare and consumer. As Head of Strategy and Innovation at Archetype APAC, she accelerates growth through service innovation, strategic consulting and future-ready communications models.

She also leads PRIMED, the region’s crisis preparedness and response consultancy, where she supports C-suites on high-stakes issues, crisis strategy and cross-market response. A certified trainer and coach, she delivers workshops that elevate executive presence, point-of-view, narrative development and crisis readiness.

Liz Weselby

Managing Director, Archetype Australia

Liz Weselby is a strategic adviser and people-first leader. As Managing Director of Archetype Australia, she guides clients through the communication, cultural and commercial realities that shape market success.
With over 20 years’ experience across the UK, Thailand, Singapore and Hong Kong, Liz brings rare cross-market insight to C-suites and founders. Her consultancy is strategic and collaborative, focused on positioning, executive visibility and narratives that move markets.
A content specialist at heart, Liz leads a high-performing, values-driven team delivering integrated programmes that help brands challenge expectations, build influence and grow with confidence.

Marc Ha

SVP and Managing Director, APAC Client Strategy

Marc is a regional communications leader with over 25 years’ experience advising Fortune 1000 and high-growth companies across technology, financial and professional services, logistics and manufacturing. As Managing Director of APAC Client Strategy at Archetype, he partners with C-suites to shape reputation, guide corporate and change communications, and run integrated multi-market programmes across the region.
A senior trainer and facilitator, Marc delivers workshops on media engagement, narrative and point of view (POV) development, and crisis communications. His work is informed by a deep interest in behavioural science and a belief that in an AI-driven world, the most successful brands are those that use technology to make audience conversations more human.

Tiam Siang Lee (TS Lee)

Managing Consultant, Malaysia

Lee is the Managing Consultant for Archetype Malaysia, driving overall growth and operational excellence for the office. With over 20 years in communications consulting, he blends deep market insight with a proven record in shaping award-winning corporate and consumer campaigns.

Since joining Archetype in 2006, he has advised leading brands including IKEA, Mondelēz International, Media Prima Television Networks, PETRONAS Lubricants and Airbnb on brand positioning, reputation and integrated communications strategy. He also brings extensive experience in issues and crisis management, having led preparedness, response and recovery efforts for clients across technology, financial services, retail, FMCG and healthcare.

Mabel Chiang

Managing Director, Archetype Singapore

Mabel is a passionate communicator with over 20 years of experience helping brands across technology, consumer, manufacturing and hospitality craft stories that connect through an audience-led lens. As Managing Director of Archetype Singapore, she leads an award-winning team driven by curiosity, ambition and kindness to deliver growth, transformation and operational excellence.

Her expertise spans integrated marketing, PR, corporate and crisis communications, and she partners closely with regional leaders to deliver strategic multi-market programmes that deepen brand relevance and strengthen business impact in an attention-scarce marketplace.

Simon Lesch

APAC Lead, AI & Transformation

Simon leads AI and transformation across APAC for Archetype, helping organisations turn AI and large language models into practical tools that improve how teams work. Based in Sydney, he specialises in AI strategy, ChatGPT training and building workflows for communications, marketing and knowledge-driven teams.

He supports organisations including the Green Climate Fund and Mastercard on AI-enabled communications and narrative development, and helps enterprise and B2B brands adopt AI safely and effectively. With a background in communications, marketing and technology, Simon brings clear, practical guidance that turns AI concepts into usable workflows and confident teams.

John Ko

Finance Director, APAC

John began his career in media and entertainment before moving into the PR and communications world, giving him a strong commercial foundation across both industries. For the past 11 years, he has led finance for Archetype APAC, steering the region through growth cycles, restructures and constant market shifts.
He is known for cutting through noise, simplifying complex decisions and keeping teams focused on what actually drives performance. He brings a mix of operational discipline, strategic thinking and practical problem-solving to leadership teams across the region. Above all, John believes finance should make the business stronger, faster and easier, not harder.

Louisa John

People Director, APAC

Louisa is a regional HR leader with over 20 years’ experience across the marketing, communications and technology sectors. As People Director for the region, she shapes and delivers people strategies that enable business growth, strengthen talent pipelines and drive efficiencies through automation across markets.

She has led APAC-wide implementations of HR systems for performance management and hiring, onboarded key talent into critical roles, and driven regional engagement initiatives including DE&I programmes, APAC AI Collaboration Week and collaborations with Archetype Academy to embed continuous learning.
